Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and allow it to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, for about 1 hour.
Once doubled, punch the dough down to deflate it. Pinch off two tablespoons of dough and form them into a ball. Place each roll onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring not to crowd them too close together.
Cover prepared rolls and allow them to rise again for an additional hour.
Place rolls into a preheated 375-degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
